Urgent Reasons to Seek Fertility Help

You should definitely seek fertility help if you have any of the following:

Diagnosis of premature ovarian failure (POF), ovarian insufficiency
Family history of early menopause at young age
Female > age 35
Male > age 40
Irregular menstrual cycle intervals and/or hotflashes
Stopped having periods at young age < 40
History of recurrent miscarriages after normal pregnancies
Findings of low ovarian reserve
History of moderate to severe endometriosis, especially if at young age
